Yes, it is smaller, but everything worked properly and more than enough variety for the kiddos. Our grandchildren (6 and 10) loved the variety of things to participate in and with. It wasn't overly busy on a Wednesday afternoon, but the patrons coming and going were steady.

From the doors when you walked in, to the salad bar, restrooms, and every item one of our grandchildren put a token in to play. It is ok, but there are far better places for pizza. The food is consistent from store to store and not the reason anyone would make a special trip. This is not one of the larger units, but is by far the cleanest and employees the friendliest. We have been to many locations with this chain. They had a half day of school and we wanted to do something that would be fun for them and tolerable for us with the outside temps in the teens. We live in Mechanicsburg and the grandkids in Lancaster. Oh and did I mention when my grandsons were waiting to pick out the tiny little plastic spiders they could get with the few tickets left in the machines, we had to wait in Ali e of grown men picking out their winnings! Go to Atlantic City people and let Chuck E. Until they make it a kid place again and are more family friendly and cleaner, we wont be going back. Dirty bathrooms, machines needed to be wiped, tables needs cleaned. However please learn that I am a customer and when I ask you when can I expect our pizza to be ready since it has been an hour, don’t check your phone and tell me to hold on a sec!!!! Then she said to me” it will be out when it is done” Really? What a joke. Hmmmm wonder why? I saw a grown man with no child anywhere near him stand at a game that you can win balls until he emptied out all of the balls. More then half the machines we played were out of tickets. Are you kidding me? I thought it was for younger kids but obviously not. I asked the one adult on staff and was told they can’t say anything because there is no age cut off to enter or play games. Not for their kids but for themselves! They never left the machines the whole time we were playing games! Come on guys it is a kids place not Atlantic City! Why was this allowed? Then there were teenagers running around and using inappropriate language. They were seriously playing to win tickets. there were grown men hanging on machines with hundreds if not thousands of tickets coming out of the machines lying on the floor. As we walked around it became obvious about the “regulars”. So a table became open and we ordered pizza and bought our game cards. “Regulars”? At Chuck E Cheese? Sounds weird but okay. give us a table because there were a lot of birthday parties and regulars there. First of all we were told there were not sure if they could. We took our three grand boys here on Saturday night and it his place has changed sooo much. Wow what a change since my kids were little.
